| ABSTRACT |
The present invention relates to a high linearity radio frequency mixer for WIMAX/LTE applications. The mixer includes a first pair of RF transconductance transistors for converting incoming IF signals from voltage to current. A second pair of RF transconductance transistors modulates the current provided by the first pair of RF transistors. The second pair of transistors is configured for cancelling the third order non-linear current of the first pair of transistors for obtaining high linearity.
