| ABSTRACT |
Magnetic Induction Tomography (MIT) is a new imaging modality which is non-invasive and contactless besides its robustness. It can be categorized as passive imaging modality which interested in passive electrical properties (PEP) of the material. This technique applies electromagnetic field in reconstructing conductivity distribution of the interested material. MIT imaging technique has high potential in agricultural industry in producing high quality agricultural products since through this technique several aspects of non-invasive monitoring, identification and quality control of agricultural products can be done non-invasively.
