ABSTRACT |
A method of producing pomelo(Citrus Grandis) fruit callus comprising the steps of extracting albedo part from a sterilized pomelo fruit,culturing the albedo part on a Murashige and Skoog agar medium to which has been added 1915-220 mg/L of phosphate, 480-535 mg/L of nitrate and 60-120g/L of sucrose, until the information of callus to be harvested and freeze-drying th harvested callus to the form of powder.
