What has been invented is a system designed to in-corporate flexibility, low maintenance/running cost, light weight and longer life span of the dc power source without compromising the output efficiency. The process uses a couple of transistors connected to the dc power source, the potentiometer and the electrochemical cell to amplify the current signal from the dc source, that is suitable for the electrolysis of water and the production of HHO gas (hydrogen hydrogen oxygen). This developed process as another important factor it prolongs the life span of the dc battery and allows the re-use of the power source for a significant period of time after it has been recharged
