ABSTRACT |
A disposable for the determination of antidiabetic potential is developed based on a Glucosidase inhibition activity. This enzyme is immobilized on the functionalized multi-walled Carbon nanotube (MWCNT) that is used to convert P-nitrophenol-a-glucopyranoside (PNPG) int p-nitrophenolwhich can be measured by cyclic voltammetry.
