| ABSTRACT |
The analysis indicates that the factors of Cultural Diversity, Innovative Work Behaviour, and Gamification all significantly improve from Level 1 to Level 2, with Gamification demonstrating the largest increase in means and Cultural Diversity ranking highest in terms of S/N ratios. While well-being exhibits modest gains in both measurements, the ethical climate in the S/N ratio stays steady, suggesting minimal influence. According to these findings, modifying the concentrations of these variables may help produce better results, especially when it comes to cultural diversity, gamification, and innovative work behaviour.
