The Industry-Integrated Professional Learning and Curriculum Enhancement Ecosystem (iPLACE) is a TVET curriculum innovation that connects students, academics, industry practitioners, professional bodies, alumni and employers across semesters throughout the programme. Unlike conventional stand-alone industry engagement, iPLACE continuously translates current professional, regulatory and technological developments into enhanced Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs), updated teaching materials, authentic assessments, SULAM activities, Work-Based Learning (WBL) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI). The ecosystem strengthens curriculum relevance, professional competency development and graduate readiness by ensuring that TVET accounting education remains responsive to rapidly evolving industry practices and technologies.
