The demand for accounting professionals continues to grow across various industries. This highlights the need for innovative educational approaches that can produce industry-ready graduates equipped with both technical expertise and practical skills. This project introduces an innovative Accounting TVET Curriculum Structure that integrates academic accounting knowledge with Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) principles, industry exposure, and ethical values through the ¿AaDab© Infused Curriculum¿ framework. The structure is designed to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical industry needs by embedding work-based learning, digital accounting competencies, and applied professional skills within the accounting curriculum. Aligned with the Thirteen Malaysia Plan (RMK-13) and the Malaysia Higher Education Action Plan 2026¿2030, the proposed framework aims to produce graduates who are technically competent, ethically grounded, and adaptable to the rapidly evolving digital economy. By combining academic knowledge, industry-oriented training, and ethical professional development, the Accounting TVET Structure contributes to strengthening Malaysia¿s accounting workforce pipeline while enhancing graduate employability and industry relevance.
