ABSTRACT |
Disclosed is a fertigation plantation micro-climate monitoring system (102) for monitoring and analysis of the agricultural ecosystem in real time. A plurality of soil and climate information is measured by the sensors (114) of a sensor node (106) and serially transmitted to adjacent sensor node (106) and to the main sensor node (124). The cumulated data is transferred to a base transceiver module (124), mhich is connected to the host computer (130) running a data acquisition and graphical plotting application (510). The data acquisition and graphical plotting application (510) will process the data and is presented in form of a dynamic graphical plot based on the real-time data. This graphical plot easily allows the user to analyze the dta and to come up with an optimal irrigation plan for the agricultural crops (104).
