The present invention disclosure a method for harvesting energy from low speed winds of 1m/s. The low speed wind drifts wind blades of a wind turbine. The method includes rotating the blades by inertia force: and harvesting anergy from the wind. The wind blades reduce cut-in wind speed below 1 m/s, thereby increasing total output power linearly with respect to wind motion.
