| ABSTRACT |
This product is a part of a system which is able to detect traffic offenders. The system captures images on the roads and the specific image will be sent using the network techniques to the enforcement officers for further actions. The system is developed by using GNU/Linux with OpenCV library, the performances of the system are evaluated using 3 CPU speed. This can be used for traffic surveillance system.
