| ABSTRACT |
Nanostructure AAO Soil Moisture Detection film has highly ordered nanoporous structure that has central straight pores perpendicular to substrate surface. The geometrical structure and unique properties of AAO film makes the AAO film drawn great attention in wide range of application especially in soil moisture contents. The important advantage of Nanostructured AAO is that the geometrical structure which are pore size, pore intervals and pore depth can be controlled easily based on the anodizing conditions. The AAO was fabricated in anodizing technique with a mixture of sulphuric acid. The optimum parameters such as anodizing voltage and anodizing temperature were controlled consistently in ordered to obtain desired properties of AAO.
