PRODUCT NAME The ETH-iQ Experiential Learning Model for Ethical Decision-Making in Supply Chain Management
ABSTRACT The ETH-iQ Experiential Learning Model for Ethical Decision-Making in Supply Chain Management is a structured experiential learning model developed to strengthen students¿ ethical reasoning, reflective judgement and ability to make responsible, evidence-informed and professionally defensible supply chain decisions. The model operates through five connected stages¿Click → Think → Respond & Reflect → Discuss → Decide¿and integrates authentic decision scenarios, immediate feedback, guided reflection, AI-supported Socratic questioning, peer discussion and final decision defence within one continuous learning pathway. Its distinctive feature lies in transforming students¿ initial responses into visible learning evidence that informs reflection, lecturer facilitation and decision refinement, while allowing the model to be adapted to different learning contexts through modification of scenarios, disciplinary content, questions and decision tasks.
