Due to their inherent high-risk nature, the manufacturing and construction sectors frequently result in serious fatalities from delayed emergency responses. Conventional industrial safety helmets are incapable of actively monitoring worker status or communicating with supervisors during critical incidents; they only offer passive physical protection against impacts. This project creates a Smart Industrial Safety Helmet with Emergency Alert and Location Monitoring to overcome this restriction and move personal protective equipment from passive protection to active monitoring. The proposed system uses a Neo-6M GPS module for real-time outdoor location tracking and an ESP32 microcontroller combined with an MPU6050 accelerometer and gyroscope to detect falls and high-impact forces. To enable instantaneous peer-to-peer alerts, a local buzzer and a manual SOS button are included. The system uses Wi-Fi and Google Firebase to send the worker's status and coordinates to a custom web-based monitoring dashboard created with Leaflet.js as the map interface when it detects a fall or receives a distress signal
