A wonderful new product for quality assessment of honey. This product is able to overcome the problems of the current methods for quality assurance and grading of honey purity and adulteration , which are time consuming and inconsistent. The system implements fusion not only based on the compounds present in the sample but able to mimic human panel evaluation perceive flavours, taste, aromas, viscoscity , colour and physical properties. this system also able to classify honey based on floral variations as well as geoghraphical origins.
