PRODUCT NAME Optical OCDMA System Using Random Diagonal Code
ABSTRACT In this project, it applies the Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA), and optical switch technology as an encoder and decoder for SAC-OCDMA FTTH transitter and receiver system design. The encoder and decoder module use FPGA as a code generator, the AWG and optical switch to encode and to decode optical source. This module was testes by using the Modified Double Weight (MDW) code that is an excellent candidate because it had shown superior performance whereby the total noise is reduced. It also easy to construct and can reduce the number of filters required at receiver by newly proposed detection scheme known as AND Substraction technique.
