ABSTRACT Construction materials can comes id different item, either from natural resources or from man-made item. Combinations of waste and natural resources in lightweight foamed concrete productions can actually gives comparable strength with natural concrete. Due to depletion of natural sources, it is very crucial to consider the usage of waste clay brick in construction industry as coarse aggregate replacement. This invention is actually substituting several percentages of waste clay brick in the production of lightweight foamed concrete. The usage of lightweight foam concrete is still very new in Malaysia¿s construction industry although this technology has been introduced at European Country. With this product it is hoped that Malaysia will promote Lightweight concrete as main material in low-rise building and for structures such as bridges and housing. From the test that have been conducted substitution of nearly 50% of waste clay brick gave similar compression strength to normal Grade 20 concrete which is 25MPa. Therefore, in order to obtain Grade 20 Lightweight concrete, 50% of coarse aggregate can be taken from waste clay brick which can be found easily at construction mainly in terms of waste or leftovers
