Indoor air pollution is currently a major public health problem given the fact that most of the urban population spends more than 80% of their time indoor and the various pollutants present in indoor environments may be harmful to human health. Most of the symptoms were caused by allergies, irritations, infections and toxic effects. Long-term occupancy in indoor are suspected to contribute to a variety of non-specific symptoms, identified as building-related illnesses (BRI) and sick building syndromes (SBS). The volatile compound are also recognized as the main cause of sick, house syndrome, which can cause or aggravate certain conditions, including allergies, asthma, cancer and emphysema. Most of the existing air purifier and monitoring system are electronic based and quite costly. So, a reliable technique is welcome to monitor the indoor air pollution impact on the occupants. This invention proposes a system and method for natural indoor air purifier and monitoring the area using wireless web-based system. Certain houseplants are also used to freshen up the area air. The plants are highly effective natural air purifier by absorb harmful volatile from the air through the leaves and roots. The system will also control automatically the plants watering, fertilizer and space ventilation. A sensory-based system is used to monitor the area air using wireless web-based system
