| ABSTRACT |
The present invention relates to a means to eliminate mosquito larva. The said means of eliminating mosquito larva by using technique for screening and isolating effective microorganism and wherein sample strains of microorganisms used is isolated from livestock rumen and wherein the means comprises steps of:-
I. Preparation of media
II. The media in (i) comprises of 20 g of nutrien agar
III. The nutrient agar from (ii) is added into 1 liter of distilled water
IV. The mix in (iii) is thereafter heated on a heat stirrer for about 1 hour
V. The mix in(iv) is the autoclave for 15 minute at 121 oC
VI. The mix in (v) is thereafter transferred it into a petri dish
