| ABSTRACT |
A transformeless photovoltaic inverter system comprises a power factor correction circuit electrically coupled to a photovoltaic(PV) array for stabilizing direct current(DC) voltage from the photovoltaic array, the DC voltage is produced by the photovoltaic array; a full bridge inverter circuit electrically coupled to output terminals of the power factor correction circuit for receiving the stabilized direct current(DC) voltage and converting the stabilized direct current (DC) voltage and converting the stabilized direct current (DC) voltage to produce an alternating current (AC) voltage in three-level output waveform; and a pulse driver circuit electrically coupled to the full bridge inverter circuit for producing two pulse waves to drive the full bridge inverter circuit. The tranformerless photovoltaic inverter system further comprises an AC load interchange circuit electrically coupled to the full bridge inverter circuit and utility supply for switching AC supply from the full bridge inverter circuit to utility supply if the PV array voltage is below the voltage level to produced the desired AC three-level waveform
