Supplementation of Perlis Sun Shine mango peel powder to wheat flour was found to increase the chemical composition especially in crude fiber and ash content although there was a slightly decreased in protein. Thus, Perlis Sun Shine mango peel powder can be added in biscuit formulas as to develop high fiber biscuit and in order to increase the daily fiber intake
