The Asia-Pacific Disaster Report seeks to find an effective means can be used to enhance disaster risk management. In this invention, an innovative technique using an aerial platform, which is a robust method for providing extend coverage. Challengers remain to be overcome in the proposed method. These challenges inhibit the interconnection deployment between network nodes due to the loss of the line of sight. Smart Communication System Platform (SCPS) is a standole sky-base station that uses integrated facilities, fibre-wireless (Fi-Wi) and free space optics (FSO). This platform is used to meet the demand for high data rate communications.
