The invention was produced by utilizing the unique properties of Graphene. This invention can detect a small amount of gas molecules (ppm level) especially dangerous gasses such as NO2. Besides, it also able to detect a humidity and temperature changes in vacuum and atmospheric pressure. This invention eliminates some limitations of the conventional sensors such as metal-oxide semiconductor (MOS) and solid electrolyte (SE) sensors that are widely used to detect gasses. One of the limitations are operating temperature where MOS and SE sensors needed few hundreds degrees to operate while this invention only needed room temperature to fully operate.
