PRODUCT NAME Design And Specifications Of Single Array And Multiple Array Gap Electrode Lab-On-Chip Sensor
ABSTRACT the development of lab on a chip devices for biochemicalanalysis has seen an explosive growth over the past decade. This emerging technology has evolved into a number of applications such as clinical analysis (blood gas analysis, glucose, lactate analysis, etc.) DNA analysis (proteins and peptides), combinatorial synthesis/analysis, immunoassays, toxity monitoring and even forensic. A significant application area for this technology is clinical diagnostics. Specifically for clinical diagnostics, diseases, including toxcity, can be diagnosed by performing various biochemical analyzes and by observations of symptoms. The early, rapid and sensitive detection of the disesase state is a vital goal for clinical diagnoses. The biochemical changes in patients blood can signal organ damage or disfunction prior to obsevable microscopic cellular damages or other symptoms. So there has been a large demand for development of an easy-to-chips, which has the sampling/identifying capability of fast and reliable measurements of metabolic parameters from a human body with minimum invasion. Lab on chip polysilicon gap biosensor wirh an integrated Microfluidic for low concentration and single bio molecule label free detection that leads to any related biomolecule samples is developed. This biochip design we present here is, is specifically optimized for research and development purpose which is single gaps has been proposed without changing the design concept.
