The present invention relates to a method of making latex gloves from Manihot Esculenta. The method comprises of 3 phases wherein phase 1 comprises of preparation of plant materials and latex extraction, phase 2 comprises of latex quantifacation, purification and concentration and phase 3 comprises of characterization of latex. In the phase 1 a sweet-type root tapioca and a bitter-type root tapioca is cultivated and wherein during culvating process and the stalks are cut and chopped into 20-20 cm, washed with water, crushed into small pieces by a blender and dipped in 1% aqueous ascorbate, sealed in plastic and stored on ice in the coolers to make samples
