My Batik Art Machine was developed to improve chanting batik production. The existing batik production, chanting batik was used as a tool to draw a batik arts by depository wax in chanting tool. However, the traditional batik consumed a lot of time and it¿s requires high worker skill. The new batik art machine is controlled by computer numerical control (CNC) in order to replace the hand chanting method. The user/ operator draw the art by using tablets, transfer the drawing arts to specific gcode converter and the my batik art machine will do the automatic chanting based on drawing proposed. The multi size wax depository system (chanting batik) tool developed to reduce the chanting tool changing time. There are different sizes of wax depository system in single chanting batik tool.
