This invention relates to eco-slag cement compositions, methods of making such compositions, and materials which may be admixed with normal Portland cement to produce such compositions. The eco-slag cement is produced by the composition of blast furnace slag, clinker and activator. The clinker is a sintering mixture of 10% metakolin and 10% limestone. The activator is a sodium silicate.
