PRODUCT NAME HPV Cervical Cancer Sensor Detection Kit
ABSTRACT Sensitivity of TiO2 based IDE sensor will detect below 10fM concentration of the clinical sample show sensitive detection for lowest concentration of HPV virus integrated in human genomic cells.Selectivity based on high risk of HPV strain (HPV 16 and 18) and specific to E6 region that encode oncogenic protein which ultimately leads to the development of cancer only.DNA Nano Chips Based TiO2 IDE Nanobiosensor speciality is without using enzyme label based detection such as Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and Alkaline phosphatase (AP) integrated with polyclonal antibody for quantitative and qualitative measurement Rapid detection of TiO2 based IDE sensor will detect of the clinical sample within 30 min, show rapid detection for lowest concentration of HPV virus integrated in human genomic cells.Photolithography provides a powerful tool for fabricating of device with structure uniformity. With such a technique, the manufacturing time and costs can be reduced and the reproducibility can be improved. Low power consuming biochip device DNA Nano Chips based TiO2 IDE Nanobiosensor is a powerful tool allowing detection HPV target molecules present in a clinical samples. The efficiency of DNA nanochip depends mainly on the sequence of the capture probes and the way they are attached to the support. The coupling procedure must be quick, covalent, and reproducible. The fabrication, immobilization and hybridization processes were characterized with current voltage (I-V) characterization (KEITHLEY, 6487). This strategy presented a simple, rapid and sensitive platform for HPV detection and would become a powerful tool for pathogenic microorganisms screening in clinical diagnostic.Optimization assay will be conducted according to the sensitivity, specificity and validation of this device against the current laboratory-based Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Surface Plasma Resonance (SPR) detection format, PCR and Culture Method. DNA nanochip based TiO2 IDE Nanobiosensor technology uses of DNA molecules immobilized on solid supports for biomedical analysis. Thus, the aim of this research project is to develop and demonstrate highly sensitive and selective Lab-On-Chip Medical Diagnostic System for detection of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) using integrated nano materials and nano-structures based transducer for detecting, monitoring, trapping, screening and profiling of DNA bio-molecules that lead to Cervical cancer related diseases, using in-vitro clinical samples.
