| ABSTRACT |
This SAW based E.coli sensor had been optimized for the most sensitivity of the IDT parameter design before enhancement by SiO2 nanoparticles. Thus it manages to produce surface sensitivity (without surface modification), 4.55 pg/mm-2, 51 times more sensitive than SPR and 2 times than QCM for non-optimised surface condition.
