Present invention discloses a wind turbine generator test bench, for designing wind turbine generator (WTG) which comprises, a generator module, load module, control and display module and a battery. The generator module comprises motor, generator and a sensor. In load module load can be connected and increased to monitor its effect on the generator side. The control and display module comprises mainly a power indicator, an emergency stop, a wind speed display, a generator voltage and current display, a charger voltage and current display, a load voltage and current display, and a generator speed display the present wind turbine test bench is specially designed for small wind turbine generator in order to achieve the lowest cut-in wind speed and the highest output power. This invention can perform lab testing of wind turbine generator dynamic performance such as AC output power, charging and dischargingrate of batteries, battery charging capacity and load discharging rate specifically for off-grid application such as street lighting, broadcasting board, charging station and even household appliances. This invention can predict overall wind turbine system performance.
