ABSTRACT Present invention discloses a dielectric strip (high-index channel) optical waveguides which is prepared from a nanophototonics lithium niobate (LiNbO3) synthesized on semiconductors substrates. The invention further discloses a process for synthesizing nanophotonics lithium niobate (LiNbO3) on semiconductors substrates, for a dielectric strip (high-index channel) optical waveguides. The optical waveguides strip have high refractive index, and is economical, have nanobiosensor application, ruduces energy consumption, combat poverty, keep our environment clean and green in different fields of our life.
