The methods and systems of the present invention relate to detecting harmful pathogens. The methods include fabricating a biocompatible nanoparticles biosensor based transducer chip. The methods further includes immobilizing a probe DNA on the topmost layer of the chip, and hybridizing the probe DNA with the complementary target DNA of the pathogen.
