| ABSTRACT |
There are many applications of DC motors, because of the speed of motors and the direction of its rotation can easily controlled. The more efficient control method in speed and control circuits are predicated upon classical principle. With pulse transfomer using, the silicon controlled rectifiers (SCRs) will be triggered for select the direction with switch the field winding¿s supply and also SCRs are used in a form of phase control. The speed control in achieved by timing the conduction through the selected pair of bridge SCRs. This is because to trace out how the motor control SCRs are triggered.
