This machine is design by using the extrusion concept to produce the dough pattern automatically with the curtain size. In the traditional method today, the keropok Lekor process is fully manually. The entrepreneurship used their hand to make the dough pattern. This machine can help to produce the dough pattern and the operation time with get more keropok lekor in one hour. The study did by do the comparison between current methods (traditional method) that have in market with this machine. The result is 15-20kg per hour compare to traditional method around 10-15kg per hour. The mechanisms use in this machine is belting which attach to extruder screw. Only one electric motor (A single phase motor has 1.5 hp with speed of 1420 r.p.m and 240v, 7.3 Amp) use to transfer power to pulley which drive the belt.
